Information from which IMCAC ratings are determined was obtained from sources believed to be accurate and reliable. However, IMCAC cannot guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information and is not responsible for any errors or omissions or the ratings calculated based on the use of this information. The information available on this web site is provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. IMCAC shall not be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in IMCAC's web site or for any damages resulting from the use of this information.

Motor Carriers which have the Data VERIFIED designation on their rating have paid a fee to IMCAC for this process, which is a single cost for all motor carriers regardless of size. IMCAC Safety Performance Ratings are opinions of safety performance only and are not recommendations to contract or not contract the service of any motor carrier. Ratings are not a warranty of any motor carrier's current or future ability to maintain a safe and accident-free environment.

IMCAC authorizes users to copy documents on this site for noncommercial use and for use by the news media with credit to the International Motor Carrier Audit Commission. In consideration of this authorization, the user agrees to retain all copyright and proprietary notices contained herein.

Users entering information into any of IMCAC's web pages are solely responsible for the content. IMCAC cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies of user-entered information, including, but not limited to information entered by users and auditors.

Documents on this web site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical error. IMCAC may make changes and/or improvements to these documents and to its rating system at any time without notice to users or carriers.

Users may gain access to other sites on the Internet through this web site, which are not connected to IMCAC in any financial, or legal way. Privacy Policy

IMCAC recognizes the need to balance the benefit of free-flowing information with concerns about confidentiality of personal and company information. All information provided to IMCAC by motor carriers, through their Data Verification Application, is held in the strictest confidence, and is used solely for the purpose of updating the data in our data base. HOWEVER, IMCAC anticipates interest in some of the census data by the Federal Highway Administration and expects that eventually this information will be provided to the US Government. IMCAC reserves the right to enter into agreement with FHWA to provide updated census data, without notification to the carriers. Links to motor carrier web sites and e-mail address on IMCAC's web site are only provided with the carrier's written permission.

Users of the IMCAC web site are required to provide personal information if they want to access the carrier data base. This information includes: name, company, and address. Individuals have the option to enter their phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. IMCAC maintains this information on their data base for the main purpose of analyzing the demographics of web site use.

IMCAC also establishes an internal mailing list from this information for purposes of distribution of IMCAC's newsletter and other communications. Individuals may choose to not be added to the mailing list at the time they enter their information. If a user chooses at a later time to remove their name from the list, they must send a written request (letter or e-mail) and must receive a written confirmation letter from IMCAC stating they have been removed from the list. IMCAC may provide mailing lists to entities that it feels will use the information responsibly. These mailing lists contain only Names, Company Names, and Addresses and do not include the optional information provided by the user. IMCAC reserves the right to reject any request for its mailing list, with or without cause.
